Expansion tanks are used in a closed loop heating or chilled water HVSC system to absorb the expanding water and to control the pressure in the system.

Expansion tanks are fitted with a replaceable type heavy duty butyl bladder which absorbs the expanded water thus avoiding direct water contact with the metal tank.

Precision Tangential air separators removes air from the system through centrifugal action, with a combination of centrifugal force and with reduction of velocity. This makes the air, force water towards the outlet connection, where the separated air moves to the low velocity center. Air is removed from the system through air vent.

Chillers are designed to operate with a minimum water volume, which typically ranges from 22 liters to 38 liters per ton for air conditioning applications, to get better temperature accuracy.

Most of the chiller compressors can only start 3 to 4 times per hour. If the compressor is off and if there is a demand for chilled water the compressor cannot get on immediately. Without chilled

Water, The building will not get the required cooling. To solve this problem chilled water buffer vessels are added in the system. These tanks increase the capacity of the chilled water in the system and stabilize the return.

Electric calorifiers are one of the easiest methods of generating hot water for both domestic and industrial applications. Electric calorifiers are installed in hospitals, hotels, Sports Centres, and General Residential Buildings.

Precision Air and Dirt Separator are designed to eliminate air and separate debris associated with any hydronic system. In the removable type High-Velocity air and dirt separator, a removable flanged type end cover is installed so that easy access for coalescing medium and dirt removal. Non-removal type high-velocity air and dirt separators are also manufactured. Air and dirt separators are designed and manufactured as per ASME section VIII Div 1 and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. The material of construction will be carbon steel. Connections are flanged to Class 150, Class 300, PN16, or PN 25. The external surface will be coated with red oxide primer and with one coat of red enamel paint. The standard working pressure will be 10 bar. Designs up to 20 bars are available on request.

Each air and dirt separator is to be fixed with an air vent. A tap is fitted on top of the removable cover (in removable type) and in the body for non-removable type to facilitate system fast fill and removal of floating impurities and air trapped within the air separator.

A surge tank is a vessel that is used to absorb the sudden change of pressure in the system as well as to provide extra water during a brief drop in pressure.
