Tube Tech produces a vast range of brass tubes in a complete range of outer diameter, wall thickness combinations and generally in quarter hard temper for the radiator industry. These tubes can easily be flanged and expanded using the proper tools. These tubes are fabricated to meet the most efficient thermal performance for the most challenging situations.

This alloy has very high erosion and corrosion resistance. It has very high weld ability, easy for installation and high antifouling properties against sea microorganisms. Relatively high iron content provides better impingement attack resistance. The alloy is unique to stress corrosion cracking. This form of copper alloy gives the best service life under the most adverse conditions.

Bimetallic tube is composed of two different materials - usually inner material is a corrosion resistant alloy (copper, aluminum brass or Cupro nickel) whereas the outer material is a high-stress resistant alloy (Brass, stainless steel or carbon steel). It is, however, possible to manufacture bimetallic tubes with any material combination as per the requirement & availability. In applications with high pressures and corrosive conditions, bimetallic tube permits a large economical savings in comparison with a tube made of a single alloy, since the use of precious materials is reduced to the minimum.

Tube Tech produces various types of Copper Rectangular Tubes for a variety of applications. These Copper Rectangular Tubes are available in outer diameters 6 mm to 50 mm with wall thickness combination 0.6 mm and above. These tubes are available in light drawn, hard drawn & soft annealed tempers depending upon the requirement. Rectangular Copper Tubes are available in both commercial grade (DHP Grade) & Electrolytic grade (ETP Grade) to suit the customer’s specific requirements.

Finned Tube is formed by a rolling process which raises fins in a continuous spiral on a straight length of tubing. This is a fin tube with a greatly increased surface area of known dimensions which is completely integral. Tube Tech produces Finned Tubes from precision made smooth tubes in all types of Copper, Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel Tube Materials with superior dimensional control. We produce Finned Tubes with a wide variety of combinations with Fin density ranging from 16 FPI to 48 FPI with or without internal ridges. The fin tubes are normally produced with both ends plain, however, intermediate landing can be provided as per the requirement.

Pipe Bends & Tube Bends offered by Tube Tech are produced using superior quality copper tubes, Brass Tubes & Cupro Nickel Tubes and finds suitability in connecting pipelines in cooling and heating applications & Fluid Systems. Other than this, these tube bends & Pipe Bends also find suitability for use in refrigeration and air-conditioning system. These Tube Bends & Pipe Bends are produced as per the customer’s drawings and requirements. Well defined quality control procedures are put in place to ensure premium product quality first time – every time. Tube Bends & Pipe Bends are regularly checked on fixtures & gauges during the production process to control any deviations from required values.

Tube Tech offers a commendable range of Copper Flanges to suit our Customer’s specific requirements. We manufacture all types of Copper Flanges - weld neck Copper Flange, slip-on Copper Flange, threaded Copper Flange, lap-joint Copper Flange, socket weld Copper Flange and all other types of Copper Flanges as per demand of our esteemed customers. We produce Copper Flanges up to 600 mm diameter and thickness up to 70 mm. However, bigger sizes of Copper Flanges are also available on request.
