AT501 systems are direct interface between the inside air and the outside air, installed in a sleeve that passes through the wall. AT501 systems work in pairs : units are wired together to ensure the house is not pressurized or depressurized, one blows in while
the other blows out; then after about a minute, they both reverse directions.
STANDARD FEATURES:
1)Supply Air or suck bad air out.
2)Heat Recovery, Low Power Consumption.
3)EC energy saving motor, 3 Modes Operation.
4)Removes damp and odour from home.
5)Low Noise operating, enjoy great sleeping.
AstroCel I High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are the most efficient air filters commercially available. They have broad application in cleanrooms and other areas requiring the very highest levels of contamination control, including:
• Semiconductor manufacturing
• Electronics
• Pharmaceutical processing
• Photo film manufacturing/ processing
• Hospitals
• Universities
• Laboratories
• Food processing
• Asbestos abatement
The AAF AstroCel II LPD Series is a unique family of mini-pleat HEPA and ULPA filters designed to meet the demanding airflow and efficiency requirements of the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, food processing, and other industries in which airborne contaminants must be carefully controlled. AstroCel II filters combine the right features to give you optimum efficiency while keeping operating costs to a minimum.
AstroCel® III filters are designed for installation into high integrity filter holding frames, side access housings, and bag in/bag out systems, including one piece urethane. Multiple gasket seal filters are available, as well as gel seal filters for frames and systems designed with knife-edge seal framing. Extractor clips are offered for side access systems requiring gel seal frames.
The AAF Bag In/Bag Out Access filter system is safe, simple, reliable and utilizes a method for removing contaminated particulate filters and/or gases in hazardous environments. With this system, maintenance personnel are
protected from direct contact with the interior of the housing and hazardous contaminants during filter change-out and testing. Each removal bag is cinched to a collar inside the housing door to prevent any leakage of contaminants during filter replacement. Similarly, new filters are installed with the aid of a protective plastic bag. At no time during the change-out is the external atmosphere exposed to contamination from within the filter housing.

Bimetallic tube is composed of two different materials - usually inner material is a corrosion resistant alloy (copper, aluminum brass or Cupro nickel) whereas the outer material is a high-stress resistant alloy (Brass, stainless steel or carbon steel). It is, however, possible to manufacture bimetallic tubes with any material combination as per the requirement & availability. In applications with high pressures and corrosive conditions, bimetallic tube permits a large economical savings in comparison with a tube made of a single alloy, since the use of precious materials is reduced to the minimum.
The BioCel I filter is designed for environments that require high-efficiency filtration of airborne biological contaminants, such as hospital critical areas, food and pharmaceutical processing plants, and precision manufacturing operations. Offering 95% efficiency on 0.3 micrometer challenge aerosols and MERV 16 performance per ASHRAE Standard 52.2, the BioCel I provides a low resistance alternative to traditional HEPA filters, with a pressure drop of only 0.4? w.g. at 250 FPM—significantly lower than typical HEPA filters. This compact, lightweight filter is engineered to withstand temperatures up to 350°F, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications. For optimal longevity, it is recommended to pair BioCel I filters with AAF prefilters.
